Question 1

Is Edyantra only a mobile app?

Accepted Answer

No. Schools run the ERP on the web. Teachers work on the phone or on the teacher web portal. Students and parents use the app for attendance, homework, fees, books and messages.

Question 2

How do publisher books get into Edyantra?

Accepted Answer

Publishers list titles on a web portal. There is no publisher app. The usual deal: we partner with the publisher, and they take Edyantra to the schools they already sell to, often bundled with the book. A school asking us for a title we do not have yet is rare.

Question 3

Do parents need a separate login?

Accepted Answer

Students and teachers sign in on the app. Parent-facing updates (attendance, homework, fees and circulars) follow from those school records. Ask in the demo for the exact parent login your school wants.

Question 4

Where is the data hosted?

Accepted Answer

The production API runs on AWS in the Mumbai region (ap-south-1). See the privacy policy for collection, processors and the grievance officer.

Question 5

How long does onboarding take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on how ready the school's class lists and fee plans are. Book a demo and we will give you a dated plan, not a generic few-weeks promise.
